Robber MV

Artist: Bay
Song: Signal Light

Lyrics Translation
I will leave on this road
I will go with caution
But I am running as I go
So that I can steal a glance at you who has already gone so far
Why did you stop once again?
Please hurry and keep walking
Because the green light is about to end
Are you crying like a fool, again?
How will I send you away then?
I am sorry
I have nothing to give you because I am lacking
When you love again, please be happy
And thank you
For being born in this world to meet someone like me
Again, I just want to glance
I don't want to send you away
However, the red light has gotten a hold over me
Yes, it is so
It tells me not to go anymore
It tells me not to go anymore
I cannot go
I'm sorry
I have nothing to give you because I am lacking
Please live, with all memories of me erase
Farewell, my love
And thank you
For being born in this world to meet someone like me
To love someone like me

Comment: If you plan to watch this drama because you think it will be on the same par as "My Girl" then I must warn you to not get your hopes up. While "Hello! Miss" shares some similarities with "My Girl", as a whole it doesn't measure up. Lee Da Hae is one of my favorite Korean actresses and I believe she is one of the talented actresses in Korea. However, her actings in this drama appears mediocre. "Hello! Miss" has an interesting storyline and the potential to be a great drama, but from the middle to the end of the drama the storyline never seem to develop any further beyond the surface. A lot of things seem rushed in this drama, and there was a lacking of chemistry between the two main characters (perhaps due to the fact that there were little romantic scenes between the two). Nevertheless, I did enjoyed watching this drama and the happy ending at the end partly make up some of the annoyances I felt at the middle of the drama. Overall, I think I would enjoy this drama more if I haven't seen "My Girl" first.

Wedding is not consummation of love but only the beginning!
This is a story about the love between a seemingly incompatible couple, a starry-eyed and mischievous high school girl and an all-conquering and powerful public prosecutor. They overcome their age difference and an equally vast gap in social status and upbringing to weave a cute yet great story of love in a comical spin. Yun Jeong-suk is a high school girl bent on doing things her own way but is a descendant of one of the most aristocratic families of Korea, the Yuns of Papyeong. She is not interested in studying nor does she seem to have a purpose in life. But the patriarchs of her family and the public prosecutor's had already decided that their offsprings were to get married. So at a tender age of 18, she weds the son of another equally blue-blooded family of Kwons of Andong. Her counterpart is Kwon Hyeok-jun, a straight shooter who has to do everything according to the norm but still retains the purity of heart. He is also one of the omnipotent public prosecutors in Korea. But doing her duties as the wife of the first son of an illustrious family and being tamed as if she's a shrew await her...

Comment: This drama is reminiscent of the popular Korean movie "My Little Bride". At first I'm reluctant to see this drama because I thought it would be a recycled version of "My Little Bride" and I wasn't a big fan of Han Ji-Hye. However, I'm glad that I decided to watch it. Even though "Sweet 18" covered the same theme as "My Little Bride" the drama still manages to be different and equally interesting. Even though, some people may think Han Ji-Hye over act in this drama, but I actually enjoy her "expressive" acting. There are some cheesy moments in this drama, but those moments blend well in the drama so it's easy to watch. Don't miss this funny and adorable drama!

Comment: I was not a fan of Lee Da-Hae and Lee Dong-Wook before I watched "My Girl", but I become one after I watched this drama. It was refreshing to watch Lee Da-Hae in this drama, especially after I saw her played the antagonist role in the drama "Sweet 18". Lee Da-Hae has proven that she is a versatile actress in "My Girl". She brings her character to life and still manages to be adorable. Her chemistry with Lee Dong-Wook is undeniable in this drama. One thing I particularly like about this drama is that it has many parodical references regarding other Korean dramas. Not to mention, this drama also has one of the best Korean drama OST that I have heard. Overall, "My Girl" is certainly a feel-good drama with minimal tears and lots of laughter.
